Join the lab
The DRR Lab is excited to announce opportunities to join our team!
Potential Graduate Students
Dr. Eiden is accepting graduate students for Fall 2025. You are invited to email Dr. Eiden at rina.eiden@psu.edu for more information if you are interested in joining the lab as a doctoral student in Developmental Psychology at Penn State.
Potential Undergraduate Students
If you are an undergraduate student looking for research experience, the Development, Risk, and Resilience lab may be a good fit if you are interested in gaining research skills and learning more about parent-child relationships and under what circumstances developmental trajectories of children begin to diverge from normative trajectories among families who are struggling with substance abuse and related issues. To be considered, students should have a preferred 3.5 GPA or better and be able to commit to a minimum of 9 hours per week during the semester and/or the summer, for at least two semesters. Students must be highly responsible, reliable, motivated, and dedicated to conducting accurate and high quality work. Good attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow directions (e.g., complicated protocols for data collection) are also important. Finally, it is important to have the capacity to work independently (while having the judgment to know when to ask for assistance). If you are interested in an opportunity for Spring 2025, please apply for a Research Assistant position at this link: https://forms.gle/tJ5kVpMsfE3HyZAE9. You may email the lab manager, Becca Lim, at devriskandres@psu.edu with any questions. Please specify your name, year, and reason for interest in the lab.
